Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Every Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) product is backed by our long-standing tradition of excellent quality. All items sold by eurobel.com.ph have passed strict quality assurance when shipped or delivered. Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) will accept any undamaged, unused merchandise within 7 days, together with the Invoice, from the received delivery date or pick-up date or 7 days from receipt of merchandise if shipped outside Metro Manila. Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.
For products purchased on eurobel.com.ph, from our online sales team, or from any of our showrooms, original shipping charges and any taxes are non-refundable.
Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request if a rug/s or carpet/s order requires and has undergone any form of customization.
However, if it was established, based on the company’s discretion, that the customization order’s instruction was not followed, Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) shall honor the client’s request to cancel their order with a refund on the full payment made or exchange their order for another item.
Please allow 12-14 business days to process your return once the item/s is/ are received at our warehouse or at any of our showrooms. If return or exchange is approved, refund will be processed through the original payment method made or the item can be exchanged.
- To return or exchange an item, please pack it in its original condition.

- Provide our Customer Service team your order details and reason for return or exchange.
- Proceed to your preferred courier to ship back your returns, please take note of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the courier as reference.
- Return via Courier of your choice i.e., Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy, CliqNShip, LBC, 2GO, Transportify, etc.
- Shipping is charged to the customer.
- Purchases from the website (www.eurobel.com.ph) will be accepted for exchange or refund drop-off at any Eurobel Rugs + Carpets showroom or main warehouse.
- Any loss or damage that may occur during shipment of the item to be returned or exchanged will be under the client’s liability until our showrooms or warehouse physically receives the returned package.
- Upon inspection and approval of the returned or exchanged item, a Eurobel Rugs + Carpets representative will give the client feedback via mobile, email or any social media platforms.
- For disapproved returns, the product will be shipped back and charged to the customer.
- If the item as inspected is found to be with manufacturing defects, Eurobel Rugs + Carpets will exchange the said item with a similar item or with another item of the same value with the client’s approval. If the item exchanged is of greater value than the item returned, the client must pay for the price difference.
- For approved exchanged items due to manufacturing defects, Eurobel Rugs + Carpets will shoulder the shipping charges.
