Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Orders:

 

Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) is dedicated in providing the best quality rugs and carpets available on our website (www.eurobel.com.ph).  

 

Any order made by our clients on our website is considered confirmed when Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) receives your full payment. However, if a client, for whatever reason, needs to cancel any order/s made on our website (www.eurobel.com.ph), Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) shall allow cancellations if all of the following circumstances are fulfilled:

  

  • Cancellation requests are made via the following channels: 

 

1. Chat plugin found on the lower left corner of the website 

2. Social media platforms of Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets)

  • Instagram (@eurobel_rugs)
  • Facebook (@eurobelrugsandcarpets)
  • Pinterest (@eurobel_rugs)
  • TikTok (@eurobel_rugs)

3. Email (sales@eurobel.com.ph)

4. SMS or Viber (+632) 917-1579132, (+632) 917-1604133, or (+632) 917-1528131

 

  • Cancellation requests are confirmed by our sales team on the same channel of communication chosen by the client before the delivery or dispatch of the item purchased is made.

 

  • Cancellation requests are confirmed by our sales team before any form of customization is made to the rug or carpet purchased with customized size or shape requirements. 

 

  • No verbal cancellation requests shall be honored. All conversations or correspondence are required to be properly documented.

 

All qualified cancellations and refunds on payments made before the cancellation request are to be processed within 12-14 business days and credited back using the original method of payment used by the client.

 

Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) reserves the right to deny a cancellation request if the rug/s or carpet/s order that requires customization is already in production and full payment was already.  

 

However, if it was established, based on the company’s discretion, that the customization order’s instruction was not followed, Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) shall honor the client’s request to cancel their order with a refund on the full payment made or exchange their order for another item.

Cancellation of Scheduled Demo:

 

Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) is committed to providing additional service for the comfort of their valued clients by offering rug and carpet mock-ups (demo) in a timely manner. The demo can be booked on our website (www.eurobel.com.ph) or through our online team via our social media accounts or on any of our Eurobel Rugs + Carpets showrooms. 

 

When a customer cancels a scheduled demo without giving ample notice, it prevents another customer from being served on their preferred demo time. For these reasons, Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) has implemented a cancellation policy for scheduled demos that will be strictly observed. 

 

  • Clients are required to give at least 24-hour cancellation notice prior to their demo schedule.  Any required demo charges/fees paid in advance will be refunded to the client by bank deposit or bank transfer. 

 

Failure to follow the 24-hour prior notice will forfeit any right to a refund demo charges/fees paid to Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) to cover any lost opportunities incurred by the untimely cancellation.

 

  • If a demo is scheduled outside NCR, a 3-day notice prior to the client’s demo date is required.  Any demo charges/fees paid in advance will be refunded to the client by bank deposit or bank transfer.  

 

However, if there are any portion of the paid demo charges/fees that are already paid by Eurobel Marketing to a third-party company in fulfillment of the demo, these portion of the charges/fees cannot be refunded anymore to the client. 

 

Failure to follow the 3-day prior notice will forfeit any right to refund demo charges/fees paid to Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) to cover any lost opportunities incurred by the untimely cancellation.

 

  • Any allowed refunds on demo charges/fees paid in advance shall be processed within 7-14 business working days after said cancellation notice is received by Eurobel Marketing.
