Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders made on the website (www.eurobel.com.ph) are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the total amount of the items that is not in stock in your order, using the original method of payment. 

Upon completing your order, please expect a Eurobel sales agent to confirm your order and notify you of your estimated delivery schedule.  All delivery fees, if any, will not be included on the website checkout.   This will be settled separately by a Eurobel sales agent. All applicable delivery fees should be fully paid before the scheduled delivery date.  Failure to do so will delay the delivery time.

Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation.  Affected clients will be notified by Eurobel Customer Service. 

 

Delivery Fees

Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) delivers all items for free within a 35-km radius from our main office and warehouse located at #64 Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City 1600.  

Any delivery location outside the 35-km radius will be charged on a per kilometer rate.

All deliveries booked using a third-party courier will be shouldered by the client.

All delivery/shipment charges outside NCR shall be shouldered by the client and will be arranged by our sales team or can be shipped out using the client’s preferred courier service.

 

Delivery Location

Items offered on the Website are only available for delivery within the Philippines, either through first-party or a third-party courier company.  Any shipments outside of the Philippines are currently unavailable.

 

Delivery Time

You will be notified of your estimated delivery time once your order is received by the Eurobel Sales Team.  Delivery times are only estimates and will commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.  Delivery times are to be used as a reference guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.  

Unless there are exceptional circumstances or unforeseen delays, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-14 business days from the date of your order depending on your delivery address location and independent third-party courier’s delay, pending credit card approval.  Business days are from Mondays to Fridays, except on holidays.  Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) will not be held liable for any delays incurred during delivery. 

Please note we cannot dispatch your items for shipment or delivery during non-business hour but the items can arrive at your location during non-business hours.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

Shipping Options

Clients will have the option to choose between two modes of delivery:

  • First Party Delivery through Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets).  This option is only available within NCR and will depend on accessibility.  Eurobel Marketing (Eurobel Rugs + Carpets) reserves the right to deny any delivery under this option due to any unavoidable circumstances and extreme unforeseen conditions.
  • Third Party Delivery through a courier of choice. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the prices declared by Eurobel Marketing for first-party delivery services, or your preferred third-party courier. Eurobel Marketing reserves the right to change the shipping cost for first-party delivery services without prior notice. 

 

Damaged Items in Transport

Additional Information

  • Orders can be delivered to any Eurobel Rugs + Carpets Showroom for pick-up by the client or their nominated courier.
  • Please coordinate with the designated courier regarding the status of delivery.
