Our rugs/carpets are made in Belgium with a combination of different materials:

Yes, our rugs/carpets are designed to be safe for people and children with allergies. We use hypoallergenic materials and ensure they are free from harmful chemicals. Additionally, our products are easy to clean, helping to minimize the accumulation of dust and allergens.
We supply the materials but do not handle installation. However, we can recommend a trusted installer for you. We also offer a cutting service.

Step 3: We will send the mock-up photos to you
Our team will create a digital mock-up showing how the rug will look in your space and send it to you via messenger, IG, or Viber. This service is completely free and helps you make a more informed decision!
Placing an order with us is simple and can be done in the following ways:
Online:
Visit our website and browse through our rug collections.
Select your desired rug, choose the size, and click ‘Add to Cart.’
Once you’re ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the checkout process by entering your shipping details and payment information.
After completing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
By Phone/Viber:
Call our sales team and they will assist you in selecting the right rug and placing the order. Have your payment and shipping details ready.

If you have any questions or need assistance during the ordering process, our sales team is always available to help!
We offer free delivery within a 35-km radius from our main office at #64 Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City 1600. Deliveries beyond this radius incur a per-kilometer fee. Clients must cover costs for third-party couriers and deliveries outside NCR, with the option to use their preferred courier service.

All items from Eurobel Rugs + Carpets undergo strict quality assurance before shipping. We accept returns of undamaged, unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, or within 7 days of receipt for items shipped outside Metro Manila, provided the Invoice is included. Refunds may be denied for items that do not comply with this policy.
